Technical Support Calendar

The Monticello Corporation provides technical support to users of the most current version of our software. For software products technical support continues for one year after a newer version is released. (i.e. Paper Tiger Version 3.0 was released in January 2005, therefore support for Paper Tiger Version 2.0 ended December 31, 2005).

Support Bulletins

As of 7/11/2006, support has ended for Paper Tiger customers using the following operating system(s):

  • Windows 95
  • Windows NT
  • Windows 98/98SE
  • Windows ME

As of 10/10/2006, support has ended for Paper Tiger customers using the following operating system(s):

  • Windows XP Service Pack 1

The decision comes as a result of Microsoft's withdrawal of official support for mentioned operation systems. See announcement below:
