Pay-Per-Minute Telephone Support

The Paper Tiger technical support is available on a per-call basis for $2.99 per minute 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Make sure to consult our Support Policy to determine your eligibility for support. If support is not offered for your version of the software, you will need to upgrade to the most current release in order to get technical support.

Single Incident Telephone Support

If the Pay-Per-Call service is not for you, we offer a per-incident support contract. This means that you pay a flat fee of $49.95 and we will work with you on solving ANY issue until it is resolved.

  2. Get your Order ID from the email order confirmation that you receive after purchasing the contract
