Scheduling a remote session for tech support
In the event that a technical support technician request a remote session, please carefully follow the following instructions at the time scheduled. 1. Navigate to http://www.fixme.it 2. Please install any browser add-ons and/or Active X controls when prompted. 3. After installation you will be presented with a 6-digit Client ID number. 4. Provide the technician with the 6-digit Client ID number, and the tech will be given full control over your mouse and keyboard If you can perform these task prior to the scheduled meeting time with the tech this will greatly improve our customer support, and help you with your issue sooner.
