Over the years, we have worked with a number of clients to help them implement the Paper Tiger and get their offices and time under control! We know for sure that the software is not just for paper! In this 3-part series, I will share some of the different ways that Paper Tiger clients have used the software. Basically, anything you can number, you can Paper Tiger!
Test Tubes can be kept up with The Paper Tiger
Test Tubes - University professors and other scientists use Paper Tiger to cross-reference samples. You put numbers on the test tubes. Then, Paper Tiger is used to hold the cross reference information.
A wine collection can be easily indexed!
Wine - Like wine? It may not be as big as this one, but you can manage your collection! You can use the keywords to track the name, type (wet, dry, red, dessert, etc.), vintage, vineyard types of food it is best with (chicken, steak, fruit & cheese, etc.), and guest favorites.
These cars can be accounted for much like a piece of paper!
Car Lots - If you are in any type of business that requires the changing of cars in and out of lots, Paper Tiger can help you know where each vehicle is! Towing, Rental cars, Used car lot and more! Store, VIN, year, make, model, color, etc.
Craft supplies can be tough. The Paper Tiger handles them easily!
Craft Supplies - Do you enjoy de-stressing by crafting? Making jewelry, stitching, knitting and more! In this example, each floss has a number. The keywords in Paper Tiger document the color name, color number, brand and any pattern that has used the color.
Paper Tiger will index your brain!
Your Thoughts - This is one of my favorites. I keep all of my random thoughts in Paper Tiger. New product ideas, speaking topics, things I have seen that I want to look into, you name it! When I am ready to start a new project, I do a search on that topic & have all of my resources right there.

Ms. Betsy from North Carolina has let us know that she uses The Paper Tiger to index what she has in her freezer.
